bike works by p:ear is a social purpose enterprise bike shop managed by the nonprofit p:ear.
In addition to providing high quality bike repair, bike works by p:ear builds pathways for youth, ages 15-25, to end their homelessness and begin the journey out of poverty by providing meaningful job training opportunities and continuing bike mechanic education.

every donation goes directly to supporting our community
the pedal it forward sliding scale supports customers experiencing financial hardship to pay what they can afford for bike repair.
